The 18th century town house at no. 27 High Street, Rye has been home to hand-made STEIFF products since 1979.

Rye has a railway station in the middle of the town 5 minutes walk from the shop with frequent train services available to London via Ashford or to mainland Europe via Ashford International. There is also plenty of parking around the town.
